Synopsis
In the latter years of the Korean Empire, An Jae-yeong (Choi Moo-ryong) who had lost his parents to a government official, Min Gyeom-ho (Choi Nam-hyun), marries Lee In-hwa (Choi Eun-hee), who is in male attire. They fight together with young national activists presided by Hwal-min and supported by Daewongun, the Prince Regent, against Min Gyeom-ho and his peers. But Min and his team perform a surprise attack on Hwal-min and his peers, who die during the fight. Jae-yeong is also shot and dies in In-hwa's arms.
