The three join a roster that also includes Tony An of the defunct boy band H.O.T., comedian Lee Soo-geun and singer and TV host Tak Jae-hoon.

The Chosun Ilbo has learned that the Seoul Central Prosecutors' Office summoned a total of eight celebrities on charges of online gambling.

According to prosecutors, Andy spent W42 million (US$1=W1,073), Boom W33 million and Yang W26 million at online gambling sites.

Tak, Lee and Tony An bet between W380 million to W400 million.

All of the celebrities have confessed and prosecutors plan to indict them without detention this week.

The celebrities bet on British Premier League football matches on a site that sends members their match schedules and lets them bet on teams by text message.

Prosecutors apparently found out about the celebrities in the course of investigating two operators of such betting sites.
