On the most recent episode of "Itaewon Class" actress Seo Eun-soo made a noteworthy appearance. She has been identified in the cast list as an interviewee, and appeared in a sequence wherein Park Seo-joon and Kim Da-mi's characters are attempting to locate employees for their restaurant.

Seo Eun-soo's contribution to the role was to be extremely cheerful and apparently overqualified. She is described as having much experience with part-time jobs and also having many foreign language competencies. Her cute demeanor and cheerful smile clearly set her up as endearing to Park Seo-joon, though Kim Da-mi was visibly put off by their interviewee's excess pleasantness.

Seo Eun-soo has been making many such appearances in dramas lately, with a special appearance in "Hotel Del Luna" and a reprisal of her "Dr. Romantic" role in "Dr. Romantic 2" being two noteworthy examples. She's also set to appear in the upcoming films "Kingmaker" and "Young Poem". She also played the lead role in the 2018 dramas "Legal High" and "Top Management".
