Yeon Sang-ho Plans "Hellbound" Season 2 as a Cartoon

Director Yeon Sang-ho mentioned Netflix's original series "Hellbound" season 2 in an interview online on the morning of the 25th.

Directed by Yeon Sang-ho, "Hellbound" is a story about a supernatural phenomenon in which people are sentenced to hell without notice, and those who want to reveal the reality of the revived religious group Saejinri and the incidents intertwined.

As "Hellbound" ends with an open ending, viewers are curious about the production of season 2. In response, director Yeon Sang-ho said, "I have been planning stories that continue after the end of the first season rather than season 2 with writer Choi Kyu-sok since this summer".

Director Yeon Sang-ho then said, "We talked about working on a cartoon after that. I think we can show it as a cartoon in the second half of next year", he said.

Director Yeon Sang-ho said, "There is no specific discussion about the video of the follow-up story. I think we will discuss it later", he said.
