The picture she posted is of her abs, showing off a clear six-pack. Despite her age of 53, she displays amazing self-management.
Uhm Jung-hwa has been riding her peak days. She played Cha Jung-sook in the JTBC drama "Doctor Cha", resulting in 19% in viewing rate, and she is currently active in a project dance group with Kim Wan-sun, Lee Hyori, BoA and Hwasa on the tvN show "Dancing Singing Wandering Group".
