tvN's drama "Twinkling Watermelon" is a story about CODA, (a deaf child born under deaf parents) a boy born of natural talent for music, and Eun-gyeol (Ryeoun), crash-landing into an unfamiliar space through a suspicious musical instrument store. Eun-gyeol forms the band Watermelon Sugar with the youth he met there and communicates with them through music. Ryeoun is the only deaf person in the family. He is a perfect model student during the day, but at night he lives double as a guitarist in a band.

Choi Hyun-wook plays the passionate mania I-chan, and Seol In-ah plays the cello goddess Se-kyeong at Seowon High School. I-chan shows off his appearance as if he had popped out of a cheerful cartoon. He grew up in his grandmother's boarding house with college students, so he was colored with the sensibility of Generation X. He strives to win the heart of Se-kyeong. Se-kyeong is called the first love icon, showing off her innocent beauty. Shin Eun-soo plays Cheong-ah, a congenital deaf person. She dreams of a cold, arrogant, and shiny life.

It is made by writer Jin Soo-wan of "Chicago Typewriter" (2017) and director Son Jeong-hyeon of "Mental Coach Jegal" (2022). At that time, popular songs appeared as a medium that connects the hearts of the characters and are expected to arouse nostalgia. Set to broadcast at the second half of the year.
