Lee Tae-ri, "'Tale of the Nine Tailed' Was Like a Gift"

Actor Lee Tae-ri (Lee Min-ho) completed the tvN Wednesday-Thursday drama "Tale of the Nine Tailed" with pride.

In an interview with Star News on the 11th, Lee Tae-ri said, ""Tale of the Nine Tailed" was like a gift to me. It was very interesting and special".

"Maybe that's why I can't get over Lee Moo-gi yet. Filming the drama was so much fun and it wasn't an easy challenge as an actor but I can keep it deep within my heart thanks to all the love I received".

Lee Tae-ri left a deep impression in the drama as Lee Moo-gi, demon born out of a cave where plague patients were abandoned.

It was his first villain role and Lee Tae-ri said, "As an actor I want to attempt at various roles and make various transformations for the viewers. My character was appealing in the fact that it was something I'd never tried before".

He added, "I knew it was going to earn me some criticism but on the contrary, I thought hard about how I could be more evil and mean".

Lee Tae-ri expressed his gratitude for his co-stars Lee Dong-wook (Lee Yeon), Jo Bo-ah (Nam Ji-ah), Kim Beom (Lee Rang), Uhm Hyo-sup (the owner) and others. "They gave me so much help and advice for my role. They helped me feel at home until the very end. I learned a lot and it was a huge gift to be able to work with such good people".

Meanwhile, "Tale of the Nine Tailed" is an urban fantasy drama about a gumiho who settles into the city and a producer who is after it. It ended on the 3rd.
