The late actress Kim Ji-yeong celebrated her seventh death anniversary.

The late Kim Ji-yeong died on February 19, 2017, of acute pneumonia complications while fighting lung cancer. She was 79.

The late Kim Ji-yeong, who debuted in the 1960 film "The Heir", met with the audience by appearing in films such as "Take Off", "Silenced", "Mapado 2", "Tazza", and "The Last Blossom".

She also appeared in dramas such as "My Girlfriend is a Gumiho", "Gold, Appear!", "Thorn Flower", "Twinkle Twinkle", and "A Well Grown Daughter" and made the small screen laugh and cry.

The deceased showed her passion for acting by appearing in about 100 works and has established herself as a national mother after 57 years of acting.

The late Kim Ji-yeong struggled with lung cancer for two years from 2015. Even when she was fighting the disease, she showed passion for appearing in dramas such as "Make a Woman Cry" and "Let's Eat - Season 2". The late Kim Ji-yeong rests in Yongin's Forest of Calm.
