TV Chosun weekend drama "DNA Lover" is about researcher Han So-jin (Jung In-sun) who failed many romantic relationships looking for a mate through genes. Choi Si-won will play the role of Sim Yeon-woo, a gynecologist at Shim Hospital. He has better social intelligence than IQ and EQ but declares goodbye when the woman becomes obsessed, possessed, or tries to correct him.

Lee Tae-hwan has returns after being discharged from the military. He takes on the role of Seo Kang-hoon, a firefighter. Whether it's work or a person, he pushes for it when he makes up his mind. He always takes So-jin's calls and is called the 'relief bell'. Jung Eugene is Yeon-woo's old lover and soulmate Jang Mi-eun.
