Lately, a common theme has become popular in K-Dramas. Many recent K-Dramas centered around drug crime, showing the darkness through many perspectives. These K-Dramas deliver a strong message whilst entertaining the viewers nonetheless.

"Strong Girl Nam-soon"

Synopsis:

"Strong Girl Nam-soon" tells the story of three generations of women with an immaculent amount of strength. The show primarily focuses on the youngest, Nam-soon (Lee Yoo-mi). At the age of five, her father took her to Mangolia, where she went missing. Years later, she returns to Korea with the aim of finding her biological parents. Upon arriving, she meets a handsome cop, Kang  Hee-sik (Ong Seong-wu). Fascinated by her strength, the two partner up to investigate a  mysterious drug crime case in Gangnam.

He had to infiltrate and investigate the biggest gang in Gamgam, which also conducted one of the largest drug trades between Korea, China and Japan. He comes to meet Jeong  Gi-cheol (Wi Ha-jun), who begins to take an interest in this mysterious guy'.

She has to step in when her sister, Choi  Min-yeong (Jung Da-bin),  gets involved in making these sinister cookies.
