When rumors of a vicious beast roaming Mount Inwangsan—called “Monstrum” by terrified masses—begin to spread, fear turns into panic. Very good story. I wouldn’t really call it a horror movie as it felt like a martial arts movie with some slight horror elements thrown in. I liked it but also the special effects left a lot to be desired. Good film overall but not perfect. If you don’t take it too seriously I think you will enjoy it plus the fact that it’s a period film (takes places in 1527).
I liked it but I would have liked it even more if the camera frame didn't shake around so much. I'd give it 3.5 out of five if that was a choice.
absolutely loved it, I really like these old Asian period pieces, the costumes and sword fights, good job Shudder 💜 👍
